DigiOffice is a fast-growing IT consulting and staffing company helping mid-market and enterprise businesses modernize their technology, strengthen their teams, and execute critical IT initiatives.

We support clients through two core service lines:

Smart IT Staffing — providing contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire technology talent across infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, service desk, project management, and technical leadership roles.

Smart IT Solutions — supporting cloud, infrastructure, application modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise technology projects through experienced technical teams and strategic delivery support.

As we continue expanding across the Georgia market, we are looking for a proven sales closer who can help us build new client relationships, secure staffing and consulting opportunities, and grow long-term revenue.

This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants ownership, flexibility, strong commission upside, and the potential to grow into a future leadership or revenue-sharing role.

Position Overview:

DigiOffice is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our IT staffing and consulting services.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to prospect, build relationships, identify client needs, and close business. You will focus on connecting with decision-makers across technology, HR, procurement, operations, and executive leadership to position DigiOffice as a trusted partner for IT talent and project-based solutions.

The right candidate will be entrepreneurial, commission-motivated, confident in outbound sales, and comfortable working directly with company leadership to help shape the growth of a developing business.

What You’ll Do:

New Business Development
  •  Prospect and identify new business opportunities across the Atlanta and Georgia market.
  •  Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, HR leaders, procurement contacts, operations leaders, and business owners.
  •  Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, and existing relationships.
  •  Develop a pipeline of companies needing IT staffing, consulting, infrastructure support, cloud services, or digital transformation assistance.
Client Sales & Relationship Management
  •  Pitch DigiOffice’s IT staffing and consulting solutions to prospective clients.
  •  Use prebuilt service descriptions, rate sheets, and case studies to present clear solutions.
  •  Understand client pain points related to hiring, project delivery, technology modernization, and workforce gaps.
  •  Recommend staffing or consulting solutions based on client needs.
  •  Build trust with clients through consistent follow-up, professional communication, and consultative selling.
Deal Closing
  •  Secure new staffing contracts, consulting agreements, statements of work, and placement opportunities.
  •  Negotiate pricing, bill rates, margins, contract terms, and service expectations.
  •  Work closely with leadership to ensure proposed solutions are profitable, realistic, and aligned with DigiOffice’s delivery capabilities.
  •  Move opportunities from initial conversation to signed agreement.
Internal Collaboration
  •  Partner directly with the founder and delivery team to align client expectations with service delivery.
  •  Communicate client needs clearly so recruiting and technical teams can respond quickly.
  •  Provide updates on pipeline activity, prospect feedback, market trends, and potential opportunities.
  •  Help refine sales messaging, service positioning, and go-to-market strategy as DigiOffice grows.
What You Bring
  •  2+ years of experience selling IT staffing, IT consulting, managed services, technology services, or B2B professional services.
  •  Proven ability to self-prospect and create new business opportunities.
  •  Strong understanding of client relationship management and consultative sales.
  •  Comfortable selling to decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Directors, HR leaders, procurement teams, and business owners.
  •  Ability to explain staffing and technology solutions in a clear, confident, and business-focused way.
  •  Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
  •  Commission-driven mindset with the discipline to manage your own pipeline.
  •  Existing network in technology, logistics, transportation, mid-market business, or enterprise accounts preferred.
  •  Experience selling contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, SOW-based services, or project-based IT solutions strongly preferred.
Compensation
This role is commission-only to start, with strong upside based on closed business.

Commission Structure:
15%–20% of gross profit on each closed deal.

Example Earnings

Small Deal
$10,000/month contract at 30% margin = $3,000 gross profit
Your commission: $450–$600 per month

Mid-Size Deal
$20,000/month contract at 30% margin = $6,000 gross profit
Your commission: $900–$1,200 per month
Over 6 months: $5,400–$7,200

Large Deal
$40,000/month contract at 30% margin = $12,000 gross profit
Your commission: $1,800–$2,400 per month
Over 6 months: $10,800–$14,400

As performance becomes consistent, this role may transition into a base salary plus commission structure, with potential for leadership, account ownership, or revenue-share opportunities.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
