DigiOffice is seeking a motivated, coachable, and relationship-driven Business Development Associate to support the continued growth of our IT consulting, IT staffing, and government technology services. This is a developmental role designed for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of business development, build meaningful professional relationships, and grow into increasing levels of responsibility over time.

You will work directly with DigiOffice leadership and receive hands-on coaching in prospecting, client engagement, pipeline development, and strategic business development. This is not a traditional senior sales position — early success will be measured by the quality of relationships built, meetings scheduled, opportunities identified, and pipeline developed — not solely by closed revenue.

This is a 100% on-site role in Atlanta GA. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $30,000/year
  • Performance-Based Commission & Incentives: Uncapped earning potential tied to meetings scheduled, pipeline development, and closed opportunities
  • Growth path into account management and senior business development roles
Key Responsibilities
  • Research prospective clients, organizations, and decision-makers across IT consulting, staffing, and government technology services.
  • Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, networking events, and referrals.
  • Schedule qualified introductory and business development meetings for DigiOffice leadership.
  • Prepare account and prospect research before client meetings.
  • Participate in selected client meetings to learn DigiOffice's relationship-based business development approach.
  • Maintain consistent and organized follow-up with prospects and existing relationships.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, contact, opportunity, and activity records in the company CRM.
  • Assist with proposals, capability statements, presentations, and follow-up correspondence.
  • Identify potential staffing, consulting, government contracting, and technology services opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and community events representing DigiOffice professionally.
  • Use approved AI and technology tools to improve research, outreach, and productivity.
  • Develop skills to independently manage accounts and business opportunities as experience grows.
What We're Looking For
  • Coachable and genuinely willing to learn a relationship-based approach to business development.
  • Comfortable meeting, communicating, and building rapport with new people.
  • Professional in both written and verbal communication.
  • Organized, consistent, and accountable with follow-up and pipeline activity.
  • Curious about business, technology, and the IT services industry.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term career in business development, account management, or leadership.
  • Able to represent DigiOffice professionally with clients, partners, and at public events.
  • This is a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.
