DigiOffice Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the technical engineering, development, and strategic maturation of the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise environment. This is not an administration role — it is a senior engineering position for someone who can architect platform solutions, lead CMDB/CSDM maturity initiatives, and independently translate complex IT Service Management and Service Design requirements into scalable, production-grade configurations.

The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience across ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, and platform development — and brings the technical judgment to drive governance, platform standards, and operational readiness at an enterprise scale.

This is a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA. Remote and hybrid candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Senior Engineering
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, business rules, notifications, and automation
  • Architect and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
  • Drive platform upgrades, release planning, testing, and production deployments with minimal oversight
  • Establish and enforce platform development standards, coding best practices, and configuration governance
  • Identify and resolve complex platform performance, usability, and data quality issues
CMDB, CSDM & Service Design Leadership
  • Lead CMDB implementation, ongoing maturity, and data quality initiatives across a large, complex enterprise environment
  • Drive Common Service Data Model (CSDM) adoption — defining service relationships, application services, technical services, infrastructure CIs, and business service structures
  • Translate advanced Service Design requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions including service tiering, criticality, ownership models, and escalation structures
  • Own ITSM module maturity across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Level Management
Reporting, SLAs & Governance
  • Design and maintain SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, executive dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Lead ServiceNow governance efforts — establishing standards for development, data quality, configuration, and platform administration
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture decisions, configuration standards, and knowledge articles
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the senior technical authority on ServiceNow for Infrastructure, Security, Application Development, and Service Management teams
  • Lead operational readiness and transition-to-support activities for new or changed services
  • Mentor junior engineers and administrators on platform best practices and ITSM principles
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise production environments
  • Expert-level experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Proven, hands-on leadership of CMDB and CSDM implementation and maturity in a large enterprise
  • Advanced experience with workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript)
  • Deep experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
  • Strong track record designing and maintaining SLAs, OLAs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  • Expert understanding of ITIL and enterprise IT Service Management processes
  • Ability to independently architect ServiceNow solutions from requirements through deployment
This is a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA. Remote and hybrid candidates will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — required at this level
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) — ITSM, CMDB, or related track
  • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
  • Experience leading enterprise Service Design or Service Management transformation initiatives
  • Background supporting complex, multi-site enterprise environments in logistics, transportation, or similar industries

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
